We recently moved to a new home and we wanted to have our electrical panel checked because it was flagged from an initial home inspection. We selected Gragg Electric because of their outstanding reviews. Mike was the technician who arrived at our home and we couldn’t have been more impressed with his professionalism, thoroughness and being such a great listener. Mike exceeded even our highest expectations. Without any hint of hesitation, I would highly recommend Mike and Gragg Electric.

Mike was unbelievable, after having a flood in our house on Sunday we had large dehumidifiers running for 2 days because of all the water damage and suddenly on Monday night/ Tuesday morning the power went out in the whole house. After calling no less than 10+ electric companies that said they had 24 service. Mike returned my call and was at my house im less than an hour. After explaining the issue he opened the fuse box and located the problem immediately. Instead of trying to uncharge and add additional things he fixed the problem. Then instead of just leaving when everything came back on, he stuck around for an additional 20 minutes to make positively sure he had fixed the problem. He ran tests on all the circuits and gave me his cell number in case I had any problems. I can not recommend them/ Mike enough. What I didn't tell you is it was the first day of atleast 5 days in the upper 90's and heat indexes in the 100's. We have several animals of different varieties and he knew this and wanted to make sure that repair was done quickly and correctly! I can not recommend him/them enough! Gragg Electrical Services will be getting all of my business and referrals from here on out!

The electrician came out to my home in a reasonable time, wearing boots to protect my home and found the problem with in minutes. I was thankful that the electrician told me the problem and helped me understand the issue. The electrician really took the time to check everything out. The problem was that I had too much power going into one outlet. I thankfully that this was the only issue living in my home for 5 years. The prices were reasonable. This was my biggest concern when I made the appointment. Yes I will be add Gragg Electrical to my list of contacts. Thanks

I needed an outlet installed on my patio and electric ran out to my garage. They hooked up the outlet on the patio and dug a trench to my garage to run the line. They then installed lights, switches and outlets there. Very professional and reasonable price. I've used them in the past and will use again.

The experience with this company was positive from the start to the finish. We had an electrical power emergency. Not having used an electrician in this area (Stow) before we utilize Google reviews and other available information to select this company. The lady that I spoke to on the phone was very helpful and patient to take our information. And the electrician arrived ahead of the expected time provided. Mike, the Electrician was very friendly very patient and created a positive confident experience. Our problem was quickly identified and Mike had the parts necessary on his truck and we were back to experiencing nice cold AC very quickly. Based upon this experience, I would definitely use this company again.

When my utility pole with my electric meter on it got pulled down by an Ohio edison street pole, Gragg electric was the only company that stepped up and got the job done the same day they received my message. Communication with Brittany was wonderful. I will not hesitate in the future to call them again. Great job guys! I called Gragg again because I had an issue with my outdoor electrical outlet. Mike was very informative and polite, he was able to fix the problem and got it working, he also looked at a few other outlets for me. If you need any kind of electrical work done, I highly recommend Gragg Electric, very professional, was here on time. Great job Mike. I will continue to use this company for any future needs.

Cory Boosz came to our home and we were immediately impressed by his respect that he showed us and our home, (he wore booties over his shoes), he worked tirelessly to find the electrical problem that we were having. We know that we never would have found the problem ourselves or probably by anyone else. We called late on a Friday and couldn't believe that he came that same day, you just don't find service like that anymore. We will definitely call Gragg Electrical Services in the future, if we have any electrical needs for our home.

You will never find a more polite, respectful person than Cory Boosz. We had massive problems that we never could have fixed and within a short amount of time everything was done! We will never go to anyone else for any electrical problems. We also appreciate the fact that after we called late on a Friday he still came to our house that day, thanks again for everything Cory!
