We called due to half house lost power! Mike came out quickly and assessed issue! Very knowledgeable and kind! Went above and beyond and was super affordable! Explained everything thoroughly and we were very satisfied with service. Would recommend to anyone.

I needed an outlet installed on my patio and electric ran out to my garage. They hooked up the outlet on the patio and dug a trench to my garage to run the line. They then installed lights, switches and outlets there. Very professional and reasonable price. I've used them in the past and will use again.

The experience with this company was positive from the start to the finish. We had an electrical power emergency. Not having used an electrician in this area (Stow) before we utilize Google reviews and other available information to select this company. The lady that I spoke to on the phone was very helpful and patient to take our information. And the electrician arrived ahead of the expected time provided. Mike, the Electrician was very friendly very patient and created a positive confident experience. Our problem was quickly identified and Mike had the parts necessary on his truck and we were back to experiencing nice cold AC very quickly. Based upon this experience, I would definitely use this company again.

Cory was amazing. He did a fantastic job replacing my weatherhead. Gragg was quick and easy to work with. I was able to get scheduled for the next day and Cory was able to complete the work right after giving an estimate. I will definitely use them again and will recommend Gragg to anyone

When my utility pole with my electric meter on it got pulled down by an Ohio edison street pole, Gragg electric was the only company that stepped up and got the job done the same day they received my message. Communication with Brittany was wonderful. I will not hesitate in the future to call them again. Great job guys! I called Gragg again because I had an issue with my outdoor electrical outlet. Mike was very informative and polite, he was able to fix the problem and got it working, he also looked at a few other outlets for me. If you need any kind of electrical work done, I highly recommend Gragg Electric, very professional, was here on time. Great job Mike. I will continue to use this company for any future needs.

Cory Boosz came to our home and we were immediately impressed by his respect that he showed us and our home, (he wore booties over his shoes), he worked tirelessly to find the electrical problem that we were having. We know that we never would have found the problem ourselves or probably by anyone else. We called late on a Friday and couldn't believe that he came that same day, you just don't find service like that anymore. We will definitely call Gragg Electrical Services in the future, if we have any electrical needs for our home.

You will never find a more polite, respectful person than Cory Boosz. We had massive problems that we never could have fixed and within a short amount of time everything was done! We will never go to anyone else for any electrical problems. We also appreciate the fact that after we called late on a Friday he still came to our house that day, thanks again for everything Cory!

Update….Used Gragg again on 5/15/26. Still same great service. They are our go to for electrical work always! Professional. Arrived timely. Explained issues. Nice guys. Reasonable price. We will call them in future for electrical work. Recommend them to anyone looking for an electrician.

I was selling my house and the buyers home inspection listed a few electrical items that they wanted to repair with our close date coming up I reached out to Gragg electrical they came out same day to give an estimate and did all the work a few days later. They were polite cleaned up and worked and acted very professional. Next the city inspector came out and said they did a good job but he wanted a couple things changed Gragg came back and met the inspector at the house they told me prior to the inspector arriving they would do anything they need to do to make everything right however they wanted to talk to the inspector because they didn’t agree with his list well they when over everything with the inspector and in the end Gragg Electrical was right and no repairs were needed. Very happy with the work and the crew and they would be the first place I would call if I need a electrician again

BRO! Gragg electrical services, and this guy here is awesome!!! If I ever have an electrical issue again I know who I'm calling. I thought he was going to be here after hours so I was prepared for the after hours dispatch fee. He got here before after hours so the dispatch fee was greatly reduced. I believe it only did take him maybe 15-20 minutes and he figured out the problem got her fixed. I don't think I've ever done a review for a company. But if it helps y'all and it helps him I'm down. Thank you so much again Mike. My daughter has power in her room again. I salute you dude.

Had them come out for a new home purchase box inspection. My mother in law was home and she said the gentleman was very polite. I had talked to the lady in the office twice and she was very helpful and was able to save me some money! I would recommend this company for sure!
